Goldie, I think it is almost certain that there would be a formal reseller agreement between TZL & PB - I'd have thought both sides would have insisted on it (giving the benefit of the doubt that those negotiating the agreement werecompetent.) A big company like PB would have standard contracts for this.

Such things normally include terms such as exclusivity and/or preferential pricing arrangements for defined territories, cointingent on minimal annual sales targets being reached.

TZL has a history of not enforcing minimum performance requirements in its agreements, so as to not lose the agreement & its aura, or admit faliure - eg Future Wall.
