    Seems to be the case.
    That is why I state again do NOT be fooled into selling at these prices. DRA knows the potential of these assets. That is why they paid 30cents per share ($3Million bucks). I don't think anyone in this risk averse environment (cash is king) is going to flush $3 million down the drain.
    For those that think it is a small or token amount.
