My reply:

Timeone (and SS&T) certainly are not showing signs of getting cold feet. We have been working with them day and night for quite a few weeks now to finalise the purchase of Cockatoo and the subsequent on-sale of 50% to them.

It all needs to be done by the EGM which is now only 2 weeks away, and we are on track to acheive this.

This transaction has 43 seperate legal documents and is hugely time consuming for a lot of people from all sides.
