    I'll not taking anything away from the Dr.
    Unilife would not be in the position it is in today if it was not for him.

    But we do pay him... $330k/yr +expences & it is his roll.

    Half of the generous 7.5M would be an adiquit incentive.
    I just do not agree with over-incentivising someone who's already payed to do the job.
