    300K Is not a massive upfront pay IMO for Ramin

    >40 hour week? i think not!
    >No supper
    >A couple of weeks leave at the most
    >No long service
    >Sick leave? doubt it

    and he only gets the big bucks if the company grows about 6 times its present value, I get rich he gets rich, it all sounds great to me.
