Don't underestimate this news.

Having lived in Japan, this will be the first of many to be reactivated. IMO.

This is very good news for the U industry and therefore PEN.

I encourage holders to do a search on Bloomberg News for the media articles over the last week, outlining what this means for the U industry, the producers amd the near producers.
