    Durmo,

I will be awaiting anxioulsy with bated breath.

Especially when we have a situation here that only the cash we hold, or justabout, is representative of our Market cap value. Anything else, the market does not allocate any values at all.

A very worrying position to be in, if you ask me.

One would think that a normal Board would do something about improving their company's sp and trying very hard in reinstate it's shareholders confidence, but here we have the total opposite. And the silence has really become deafening.

Something is definitely not right to be acting in that way. The only way that we are keeping afloat currently is and has been via the selling of assets. Is that what a good Board should do, or should it do something to revert that position.

Currently, anyone could come out and complete a takeover and make a killing on our company just by way of assets stripping, and we have no protection at all in place to counteract that from happening. And, if it wasn't because the ASX listing requirements requires a company that is active to be lodging quarterlies returns, we wouldn't have anywhere to find out what is happening with MPO either.

That alone, to me anyway, would have to be one of the biggest, if not the biggest breach of promise and conn that they made to us when they asked for our support to be elected in that position.

I will leave that to all of you to decide.

The presentation the other day from that lady/person speacks for plenty, and it was not what I would consider to be something that would drag future investors in. As a matter of facts, half way through it, I thought it to be so pathetic, that I turned it off because I was nearly falling asleep. If I was in the position to be a new investor looking to park some of my money into, I would have laughed and walk away.

By the way Durmo, have you also asked them what intention have they got in regard to an MBO and/or a reverse takeover in any ways or form.? You know what I mean.

    Regards, and many thanks.

PS.: The current sp position is now beginning to hurt severely even in my portflio number 1. Something that I would never consider at any stage before, and I am sure that posters here would know what I mean by now.
That hurts real bad now. As a matter of facts, our sp has dropped by about 60% or even more than what it was at the time they took control.
And I bet you that they are still expecting to collect incentive shares/bonuses for what they are doing.
