A point to recognise is that by CARTER going to the t/o panel asking for extension of quit date and if granted this decision over rides what ever the choice fms/mmk would have made now would they have extended or not mutually or would one of the parties walked away and which party would have walked this hearing saves mgt face and allows the opportunity for mmk to show his intensions after july 2
