Clearly the waters have been completely muddied by this Minority shareholder and the proceedings in the Russian courts, i could speculate on the reasons why but really i have no facts and hence no idea whether this minority shareholder is real or a figment of someones imagination to manipulate things...

But Who is really benefiting from this whole saga, MMK ??? certainly not FMS in the short term (longer term it doesnt really matter, we have the proven resource to take it all th way), lets see FMS management show some balls and get the Australian regulators involved to clear up once and for all MMK's intention,lets get them to either finalise the deal or walk away...

the market has already way oversold FMS and has priced in the MMK deal not going thru, so it no longer really makes much difference......Lets move forward and get on with things....
