    Management have dug their heals in here and are not going to entertain low ball nonsense. The board was only giving interested parties a chance to put up or shut up....

    Interested parties will return for another bite at the cherry.

    Now its up to the management to put more points on the board and prove up the upside premium that is warranted.

    Time and $$ is on thier side.
