Best case scenario IMO

panel orders MMK ti complete takeover
MMK says no
FMS sues MMK for damages and injuncts MMKs FMG holding.

Meanwhile, we get on with life with a new board and a JV or new suitor ..... And win a serious damages claim against MMK worth hundreds of millions.

Worst case scenario is the panel soft coxs it and says ...all too hard and don't want to be bumped off by the Rusky mafia.

Either way it can't get any worse sp wise.... Unless we are entering the Great Depression 2...

Come on UBS, DB and hedge funds...start throwing your weight around on this fiasco.
