I doubt. In Perth, Australia, this is all above board. The spec company ventures in Perth have been doing this for decades and it will continue unabated. The only difference between OVR and almost every single other ASX listed resource stock is that we now know the truth whereas investors in other companies are still under the illusion their companies and projects are viable and that they are not going to lose 99% of their capital as a similar scenario unfolds for them at an opportune time.

You can try complaining to ASIC but it will be a waste of time and if they do anything, ASIC will merely fine the company which will be more money out of our pockets!! lol.
