traders follow the trend whelter it is up or down, however the value of the business generally wins in the end.
if its a good business generating value then more investors will put money on the table than those who will take it off.
So $18 per share is there depending on the preformance of the company over time.
in fact in periods like these is best times to adopt a longer time view, this is how wealth is created picking up bargins
