You should stop misrepresenting what is in black and white in front of you, and stop making up stories.

A) Palmer was wanting the shares that were issued to the pattos sophisticates at that ridiculous price plus the options. It has nothing to do whatsoever with what RC is wanting from us now.

B) Palmer was and still is wanting the shares issued to pattos sophisticates without the options thrown in on the side that we were never notified of the impending penalty oif we are to vote aganist it, unlike the pattos clients, or get the company to buy them back from pattos. (Anyway, I did vote against that resolution it just a minute or so ago as I don't know if I am going to be near a computer tomorrow, along with a resounding "NO" for both resolutions #1 and #2>. I don't want to give them free hand to issue another 15% of the shares on issue to some more friendlies.

C) Palmer has bought on market thus increasing our sp to 10 cents and above. Cottee has done ntohing of the likes.

D) Palmer has dug deep into his pockets to reach that percenatge ownership, RC didn't. He is sitting on the sideline and wait to see when it will suit him to make the move.

Do you want me to go on, and on, and on??

As for the part about the 12% of the company why don't you do a proper calculation and you will soon see. He can acquire those shares at anytime he wish to do so, and at a fixed price. What if he was to go and buy that amount of shares on the market. What would our sp be if he was to be doing so? We would all be laughing our heads off. That's for sure. But it won't happen. I am sure of that.
