Initial focus appears to be on capital and institutional investors being sought but then the blurb on M&A Partners makes specific mention of a successful takeover that they facilitated.
Are they seeking capital for product development or cornerstone investors to buy out a % or acquire the lot?
Have to say its rather frustrating to see the word 'global' mentioned continuously, in reference to the customers and relationships CNN has or is chasing, but then they hire a local boutique firm from Melb with the intention of seeking a partner. Given that our biggest customers are global I would hope they'd be looking global for some significant funds or partners to come onboard.
