Don't think present value's much of a factor at this stage. Most holders are in for the long haul and recognise that this price is taking advantage of the low volume. Less liquidity in the options means the holder has to believe that the current price is fair value to sell the options as it will be difficult to get back in. Takes a while to accumulate a sizeable holding of the options so they're less volatile. I could push the price of the options down to .08 if i sold now but it would be hard to get back in.
