Yes it is excellent news that Sinosteel is now involved not only as a supplier of the componentry but as a shareholder with 3,333,333 shares.

We do know that Oceanwide have increased their holding by 700,000 shares. Whether Sinosteel intend to do likewise, we will have to wait and see.
