My thoughts and observations of the VIX US Fear Index
VIX closed at 18.3 that could be a break down but one day does not make a trend
Given the risks in Europe at present and while I dont think its the end of the world but the VIX being this low shows complacency imo but also it is setting the US markets up for further rallying
