re: arthur/forest/hypothetical financial advice Maybe I'm just lazy. I am happy to pay the 7% management fees for my residential real estate so that I dont have to deal with the tenant when their hot water system blows up in the middle of the night.
Commercail RE may be a different situation - I dont have any of that.
