UT, the guy has given very little info about his investment profile. I am simply raising the point that an 'opportunity cost' needs to be taken into account.
You can't tell me that you buy for $500k and sell for $500k and broke even. Its never that simple.
However I look at this investment, given that very little actual facts have been disclosed, it looks like a substantial loss.
Spin it how you like. But I'm not putting my money into your kind of investment opportunities.
