Yes it is not that simple - yet you make it sound like it is so easy to make money elsewhere when it isn't. With hindsight of time you can say yes x did better than y but even then that may only be for the period of focus.

Kindrens point which seems to be lost on the bears is that the properties sale value has changed very little especially for a property located in Queensland. All we have been hearing is talk of mega drops there.
