Have heard many people question whether their model is broken and the busness is in structural decline. There are a lot of people who go to harvey norman to touch, feel and kick the tyres - then come home and buy on the internet 20-30% cheaper with free delivery.
Personally i prefer the shop front where I can take goods back if they are faulty and get good customer service.
