Why build port and rail to mine waste ? Politicians got sucked in by other people's "enthusiasm". There will be no oakagee, not for 20 or 30 years. The Chinese are better off developing Africa, and they've only just realized. The Japanese - probably still waiting for sinosteel to make them an offer.
