Not for underlying earnings. They will not be 4c I don't think.
Annualised underlying earnings from the last half-yearly suggest about 2c a unit but less than half of that was for continuing operations so going forward we're probably looking at about 1c a unit underlying earnings plus whatever effect the debt paydown from asset sales might have. I will forecast 1 to 2c underlying, probably towards the lower figure.
Just my very amateur interpretation. Would be interested to hear the opinions of those with a better understanding of financials. But it's a good discussion to have.
