That's not a stupid question: This is more a question for Gustie to answer, but personally I feel that we are in the middle of the process.
The market, being as it is, it is allowing the bigger players to slowly absorb the shares on the way to a higher price, rather than competing with everyone else.
With a quick exchange of pleasantries, the sellers at 7.8c disappeared, always to be replaced by smaller ones that must think that there can't be many more buyers left.
I am hoping for the price to be over 8c before the announcement: no reason except to say that the 10c range will feel much easier to attain in the short run.
