Could it be a positive ? Unfortunately readings may not have been monitored because the known level is acceptable in Australia. However if readings have been taken, and were to be were made public in Malasia, it might pull the teeth of those saying Australia plans to do in Malasia what they are prohibited from doing in Australia.
