I could be wrong but I believe the 'not classified for transporting' does not cover it after it has sat for a period of time in storage (? > 24 hours in the storage area.. probably months now).
The question is... does storage of this low radioactive material (or Very low) require monitoring... and if so, Lynas had better followed the regulation of it will be a very, very bad look ..
