Rastus, storing of the goods for any period of time does not change the dangerous goods classification. It is either a dangeorus good from day dot or not with no grey area.
Radioactive ore concentrates of similar type (Low Speciifc Activity) are transported on passenger aircraft ex Perth Airport to Asian destinations on a weekly basis. This is packaged, labelled in full sight and declared to every agency required in AUS and beyond with no problems.
Adele Carles can head down to Bibra Lake and stand next to the "stockpile" (draws images of a mountain of glowing radioactive material which is actually containerised..!!) and she will receive more radiation from her mobile phone than the "stockpile"
