How can this bot be allowed to buy these piddling parcels at 51.2c?

The way the polarity has been turned around today just highlights how heavily manipulated this share is.

How is that every genuine investor (which is probably 80% of the participants in the market) want programmed trading stopped and yet it proliferates and strips honest investors of their money. Last few days I bet some had stops triggered. Would the price have hit those stops without the aid of these piddling parcels which can drop the share price 2% for a one hundred dollar trade?
I think it is time the asx raised the minimum trade to $1000 and made ALL particpants trade in those quantities. That would at least make it a little harder to do what they do.
