I thought CO2 tax was the reason to be notice, so to change people's habits.

Funny that, if no one notice an impact then why have it,for no one will change.

So it must be a wealth distribution scam set up by the U.N., Al Gore and followers.

Bit of topic,but heard Gillard at G20 was told where to go.
