Sadly Keeting your cynicism isn't at all misplaced.
I mean the story was a good one, value adding in this way to such an old and staple crop - never saw a photo of one of these guys standing in a banana plantation either for that matter.
If it's any consolation it wasn't just our spec investment $$, but our tax $$ (gov't grants) we were duped out of.
The length of the garden path we've gone up beggars beleaf..boom, boom.
Anyway, I'll go and have a look since you mention it, just for old times sake mind.
