I certainly hope you are right. Helium is the main reason that I came into CTP in 2009. But I am not as confidnet as you anymore. My reasons:
I have never been able to trace the source material on which the company relied for the former MD's frequent references to the 6% historical flow rate. If any of you know of a company announcement or study that might help verify this information, I would appreciate it if you would tell me.
One night at a social function in Darwin I was introduced to a visiting Polish chemical engineer who works at a Helium plant in the UAE. He had been sent to Darwin to provide technical assistance to the Helium stripping plant that operates here. When I told him about CTP's 6% aspiration he paternally told me I must be referring to 0.6% because that was around about the maximum proportion found in nature. When I pressed the point he just giggled with mirth at what I suspect he regarded as naivety.
My last problem with the notion that we have Helium is the fact that in 09, 10 and 11 the constant refrain was CTP is to drill McGees or Mt Kitty but it just never happened. After a while you stop believing.
