    Thor Mining Plc Announces Issue Of Equity
    10:00am EDT
    Thor Mining Plc announced that the Company has raised GBP550,000 (approximately AUD857,000) by way of a Placing of 44,400,000 new Ordinary Shares of GBP0.3 each in the capital of the Company (the Placing) to UK sophisticated clients of Simple Investments, the Company's Broker, at GBP0.0125 per share. The proceeds of the placing will be used to fund the Company's working capital requirements. The Placing is conditional on the 44,400,000 new Ordinary Shares of GBP0.3 each in the capital of the Company (the Placing Shares) being admitted to trading on AIM. Full
