Without knowing anything about those two companies, uou only have to look at CoalSpur (CPL) to see the erosion of value of Canadian coal coys.
To all, I'd suggest that rather than trying to reinvent the wheel people use the numerous broker research reports as an indicator.
We know that most of those are done using conservative assumptions. The market is then applying a 70% discount to those valuations, that's excessive in anyone's book.
