Clearly discussions with interested parties are meant to be confidential, but that does not diminish a company's obligation to tell the market everything that has a potential impact on share price. My question / challenge to the company is simply whether the market is properly and fully informed. There is lots of speculation on this site, and on the basis of current information the SP does not make sense.
