If it breaks through 9.5 cents then 9 to 9.5 will cease being resistance and then become support.
At this moment we have a big buyer in there, tossing out small sales at the bid, just to flush out some nervous holders. These holders are becoming fewer by the day as everyone becomes convinced that the price needs to be rerated.
