There has been no profit warning since the EGM.

At the EGM the chair in his view inferred he felt Andrew price was opportunistic buying stock at 7c ,Lindsay Catermole said the stock was cheap but unfortunately directors were not able to buy because of a lock out , she later went on to buy a sizeable holding at closer to 9c than 7c

All other directors also bought reasonable holdings except 1, who invested $86 ...that was an insult

I saw all of the others actions as a vote that the board was backing the strategic plan and things were on track and they did not have any further warnings to make to market

Since the egm they have announcned the sale of italian assets , closed Milton Keynes and announced further corporate savings because of that , shut doen the marketing and HR dpertments in head office , and most importantly post EGM Toby is on the record stating savings from Aust/NZ were ahead of the strategic plan .

Not one single announcment on any new profit warning.

Despite all the gloom and heavy tax selling In my view , there is very little room for a surprising poor result , the company simply would have had to disclose this if a shocker was on its way, and they have not , it is 21 June , only 9 days before the end of the year financials , so there has been ample time to realise if there is any further hiccups in the stratgic reviews

All commentary has been positive in respoect to savings and the strategic plan , including an announcment stating these savings should impact positively from the 2nd half 2012 .

So many of Andrew prices berated reccomendations at the EGM are getting completed .

On that basis I agree with Harry Boon that 7c is an opportunistic entry level and added another 50000 at 6.8 and 6.9 today to my grwoing pile of PPX scrip
