So MG how about someone to start a thread "The Facts as we know it". Trouble is what are the facts, mgmt apparently do not acknowledge that full disclosure to OBJ shareholders is a salient factor. Mgmt can not maintain that 3rd party disclosure restrictions can be applied year upon year upon year - there is a limit.
