    I feel your pain rjs99 :( these options have certainly taught me one heck stern and very expensive lesson!

    I would happily write to P.L thanking him and his team for this lesson however I am positive that there are not enough swear words within the English language that would adequately allow me to fully express my 'gratitude'.
