Just on shareholder spread, it is against ASX rules to give shares away for free to meet shareholder spread requirements. It has not been established yet if this has happened or if the rules have been met. Please show me documentary evidence to suggest this requirement has been met and I'll owe you an apology.

Please be careful of who you call stupid as resorting to name calling is a sign of desperation. The shoe usually ends up on the other foot in such cases.
