Mihal, do we know for a fact whether Sioc-cdt will pay their OPEX and CAPEX for CCL??
I mean by now they should have forked out something for PEN at least.
And another thing, who is DT and the rest employed by? CCC or CCL. If its CCC then we'll need to capital raise or borrow or whatever since SIOC-cdt is not allowing a transfer of funds from SA. Hoping, praying that we can offload VanMag.
