To bring this to an end:
E-Trade let me just read the past 50 news. So I can only refer back to the 1st August 2011 when a similar placement had been announced. Few have been before and there will be more to come. But these are UK placements and designed to cover the ongoing costs.
Those placements are not designed to finance the production facilities.
Once the DFS is released we will see which way THR is going.
