1) Withdraw from the UN convention.
2) Continue to allow in the same number of refugees through an orderly system.
3) All refugees fleeing in fear for their lives to be housed in a temporary camp run by the Navy on Christmas Island. No chance of Australian residency. They return home when safe. Children born there don't get Australian citizenship.

Boats will immediately stop.
