Any company needs to keep well ahead of the game with CRs these days. hopefully they've been solicited by would be investors - perhaps ones that missed out by playing bluff with STB last year.

I suppose we can't grumble too much if it's above say 90 cents, a dollar would seem fairer, and of course we should hope its a strategic partner paying a premium at say $1.20. Well perhaps I am dreaming on the later, but better than looking at sp's today. Ouch.
