Agree with all the angry ones, except that the share price has not halved. When Wolgen took over it was pre consolidation and the SP was close to $1.00 ie $10.00 in today's terms. For memory he raised the 45 odd mill at over $1.00 pre consolidation.
Worse than just a joke, they actually believe??? or at least their spin says, that they are doing us a great service.
With the lack of present interest in CUV and the general gloom we'll be lucky to escape significant dilution, again.
