It means nothing, the value of the company remain the same.
This is the reality, however perception is an amazing thing in the stock market. I am all for a consolidation, often causes short-term pain for longer-term gain but ISNs marketcap is so low it's hard to see it going much lower. As blokes mentioned previously it's probably not valued much more than it's shell value. The thing is however, if there is a placement for say an extra 50% placement of shares, it's marketcap increases by that percentage once issued and what's to say it won't come back to its original marketcap in another 3 months time after the placement?
