I've been following NWE for a couple of months now. I'd be very happy with an entry price of 5c.

I would much rather my $15k go to the company through the SPP for working capital than to a market seller of this stock.

I wish I could use someone's entitlement to participate in the SPP that isn't going to take up the offer. It would be in the best interest of the company if current shareholders could transfer their entitlement. This would increase the chances of the offer being fully subscribed. Pretty sure this is not possible though.
