By considering 1.8m and 1m potential oz ounce they calculated target price $2.26.....

Apart from that its not abt discovery of gold but how much of it can be recovered. Thry have lowest 84% recovery and some of the resource was said to be deep and ore body has some concerns but if ampella can use latest tecknology they can recover more of it....now lets say they can only recover 84% out of total >4 m oz resorce...it will be around 3.2 oz ...i will tell u one more thing that some of the gold of couple of projects is not owned 100% by ampella....so even if u calculate 3m oz its a lot of gold...currently sp is disconnected from reality but there is no doubt in economic viability imo....it was trading at 69 cents when pog was 1000 and discovered gold was 1.2 oz...paul came out in media saying its shorted so thats it....just trying to put some facts here.....with all sorts of iisues extorre got taken over atbaround 400m which has 2.4 m discoverd gold....

Imo i think the new discovery is excellent and ground definitelynhas huge potential so one day we would see inferred resource >5m....just patience required...i got in recently aftervreading all reports and most of the announements of last few years and checking their all project maps...


Some said that asx reports no shorts....agree...asx reports daily gross shorts...it doesnt say anything about how many of it uncovered or previous uncovered...i am not sure broker has access of that databbut paul seem to knownthe number thats why he is saying its shorted....i like above high grde article that clears any doubts of bad news....as i said before see you at 90 cents soon...not ramping but i strongly believe it should be trading at 90 cents like other goldies at the moment..market willl always have correction ..what goes up will come down and what goes down relentlessly ...there are so many astute investors staying sidelines waiting for uptrend signal..keep yr eye open when u see uptrend...i reckon this is an opportunity like how cdu went through similar situation last year....big targets set by all analysts and they havent changed it recently so that can tell u something....
