I think that Bondy is drinking pina coladas on Dunk Island while working out what he will promise the market next.

I believe the Chinese deal will happen but setting a deadline expectation and meeting it is not his forte. The June newsletter would have been a good opportunity to allude to any time delays. Instead, June contract closure was reitereated. We have one week to determine whether this was spin or factual. Let's hope the facts win in this case.
