I think you may need to read 'The Weekend Australian Financial Review', p19, story by Luke Forrestal and Angela Macdonald-Smith........before declaring that the war is won.
According to this article, CP and JH may consider it only the 1st battle:
"Mr. Heugh, who was sacked in March, said he would continue a legal challenge to be reinstated with the full backing of Mr. Palmer and predicted legal challenges to the validity of the meeting". (Weekend AFR, p.19, 'Cottee prevails at Central', by Luke Forrestal and Angela Macdonald-Smith).
Much more to the article of course, including a mention of the option package for RC "said by Mr Heugh to be worth $50 million".
